A few jocks not too happy about Trump by the look of it..... can't say I blame them

Other side of the coin though, he is bringing development to the area which means jobs/money?
Apparently 5? residents are still holding out and won't give up their land to Trump's golf course resort plans.

Were it me I think i'd probably sell out but demand a lifetime membership/greens fees as part of the deal

These guys holding out are making a great financial decision, Trump is going to eventually give them a foolish amount of money for their land if they play their cards right.
