You're assuming the great Favre can play 18-19 games. He did say in camp that he probably couldn't last the entire 16 game regular season. Lot of football left to play, that's what I love about the NFL.

But even then, I have to agree, the Saints looked like a Super Bowl caliber team for SURE.

v/s Chiefs. They are on a roll now that they got that first win under their belt, haha.
In reality I am sticking with my original prediction of Giants v/s Pats again. I am not a fan of either its just what I picked at the beginning and still feel good about it. Like someone else said, I think the Giants learned a lot from the butt whoopin they took last weekend and Brady is going to get better and better each week. Bill Bellicheat will find a way to make that defense work good enough for the offense to win games. If not the Pats, it will be the stinking Steelers again.

What do you need in the cold arctic winter? A running game. The saints couldnt run the ball if they were headed down a mountain. They are not a superbowl team.
Colts - Giants.

Looking at the Saints' schedule, they should only have to play 1 team in potentially cold weather, and that's the Redskins, unless they get bumped to the ACC by then.
The Saints schedule isn't too tough from here on out, and 14-2 or 13-3 could be a worse case scenario. That should lock them up for HFA, meaning they wouldn't have to play a game in wintry conditions at all.
On the AFC side, the Colt's schedule also shaped up for them to have the inside track for HFA. Denver looks like a more complete team, but they have a severely tough schedule to play through. Colt's could be sitting at 14-2 or 13-3 as well. Hopefully they'll choke come playoff time like they nearly always do, but sadly, they can't call it a '1 & Dungy' this year.

Yeah. How can you have a 21 pont lead and still not cover at +6.5. Unreal. I don't know if that game tells us more about the Saints or the Dolphins.

Mean and ang-a-ree,
Here he comes a prowlin',
Lean and hung-a-ree,
An offensive brute,
Run, pass, or boot,
And defensively he's rough! Tough!
Cincinnati Bengals,
That's the team we're gonna cheer to vic-to-ry!
Touchdown Bengals!
Get some points up on that board
and win a game for Cincinnati!
WATCH OUT FOR THE BENGALS!!!!!!

Living in South Florida I'm pretty sure it speaks volumes about the Dolphins. One moment they can look very
good and the next second they can stink the place up. Unfortunately, the stinky part usually comes at the end
of the game. That loss really hurt. It was very good for them to hold on and beat the Jets on the road. Phew!!
The Saints look very good for the rest of the season. Very favorable schedule for sure. If they can get past
the Patriots and Cowboys they could run the table!

Agree. Actually I did not think the Saints looked good tonight, the offense struggled in the second half and Atlanta had alot of rushing yards. The Vikings could pose a real threat, it would be a great game.

You're right. The Dolphins have been all over the place. This weekend against the Jets they have 3 points in the first half and then 21 in a 7 minute span of the 3rd quarter. Ted Ginn looked like the second coming of Dante Hall. They are certainly fun to watch.

Ginn's underachieving since he was drafted has been frustrating, so the two TD kickoff returns were
a very welcome sight for sure. But, when the offense only gains 104 total yards and 9 points, there
is cause for concern. They can be fun to watch, but too often they disappoint in very painful ways.
Here's a question....How many loses will the Saints end up with in the regular season? I'm thinking 2.

Another impressive display. I really thought the Patriots would at least put up a fight. But, I also thought Jay Cutler might help the Bears, so my football handicapping isn't working out to well these days.
