It'll take 10 days or so to receive the email coupon for golf deals at their golf courses.
Most golf course will offer discounted rate from Nov. through Feb next year, especially during wk day play.
If you're visiting just south of the Seattle in Pierce County, lots of nice courses like Chambers Bay, The Home course, The Hawks Prairie, McCormick's Woods, Gold Mountain, ... at least a dozen nice golf courses within 30 minutes drive. Check their web site for special.
I would plan your trip by checking out forecast first, http://www.weather.c...ils_topnav_golf

Newcastle is overpriced and has horrible drainage, periodic course closings are frequent, not a good off-season course. Played Newcastle with my free Oki Round in July after we had no rain in pretty much 2 months and was getting plugged lies in the fairway, presumably from the sprinklers. Would not recommend playing here unless at a steep discount.

Skip White Horse, unless you want to spend 5 hours looking for balls in lateral hazards on every single hole and getting totally unfair bounces into bunkers and the woods.
The Home Course is great fun as well, young but very fun, open up and rip it.

For your other requests:
Lodging(from most expensive to least)-
Hotel 1000(best sleep I had in a while at a hotel)
Hotel Andra(they have a suite that has a $60k bed, it was very nice but not as good as Hotel 1000)
W(central location, great service always)
Olive 8(off the beaten path but still close to downtown and the staff was accomodating)
Hotel Max(reasonably priced, great location and cool rooms)
Eating, this completely depends on what you are looking for but I can offer some help.
Anything Tom Douglas(Lola's-great twists on greek fare, Serious Pie-awesome pizza!, Dahlia Lounge-casual/formal dinners) These are all within a crosswalk of each other, 4th and Virginia.
Matt's in the Market(everything is brought in within fifty miles and/or made in house.) Awesome sandwiches for lunch!!! Very upper level of Pike Place.
Pesos on Queen Anne is a local favorite for breakfast that is packed every morning. A must have IMO.
Dim Sum only on weekdays I would go to Sun Ya in the International District.
Umi for sushi in Belltown.
Any other questions or places you would like an opinion on feel free to ask.

Avoid Jefferson Park unless you play it for price and not quality. It ain't a goat track but it ain't that great neither. Since I don't like to be too negative, it does have decent blackberry bushes to snack from along the course.

Port Ludlow........stay and play. The two old nines is the ticket, but heck sometimes one can play more then 18 for free out there.
Next, be smart and check out some of the country clubs while your down here....Times are tuff and a simple call about being interested in membership might score a round or two.
Chambers Bay.......No Nov deals, but it is unlike anything else in this state and a must play. Very dry and a must do.
I will add Druids Glenn on Mondays and Tuesdays.....$36 with a cart and a fine layout with some pretty good greens right now.
Ditto on Gold Mountain, and the Home Course.
If the weather looks to be OK, I will also suggest a day or two over in Eastern Washington. Better weather, warmer and some dry courses can be found. Moses Point is a great stay and play. Condo's that sleep 4 (4 beds) and two baths right on the practice putting green and very new units to boot. Suncadia would be a stop but I am thinking that they will be closed in Nov.

Other than that, everyone has given you good info. I always play Washington National, only because I always feel like I should score better than I do. I am waiting for the round where I tear that place up. Chambers and Home course are nice, but check on condition. When i played the greens were a wreck at Chambers and the Home Course was having work done.
Another cool course if you are up in the city or on the East Side is Redmond Ridge. Willows run is decent too. Thats all I got!

I play the Classic all the time and its always fun. Its smart golf=reward not so much risk=reward. Plus they tarp the greens every night and they're almost always in great shape.
Chambers is great when its wet out. The greens seem almost normal then
Gold Mountain is a gem.
The Home Course is great
Hawks Prairie in Lacey is fun too. The Links, not the Woods. That can be punishing.

Ha you are right. Any of Tom's place's you can get that Cocnut Cream pie. Sometimes during lunch at Lola's our server will cross the street and go to the Dahlia Cafe to pick us up a pie.
Good catch!
