Thanks fellas. Feels great to have the bag you want set up and in place from Driver to Putter. Even motivates this lazy guy to hit the range as well as work on my short game!!! The only thing that MAYBE itches is swapping the 15 degree 909 for a 3-wood. It hasn't given me quite the performance that the 585h has.

Honeymoon period (hopefully not), but the 58's are clearly more forgiving than the 32's and they are a joy to hit. Looking forward to 2 rounds this weekend!!!

After a 40+ putts round and giving serious thoughts to a belly putter, first went cross-handed, then to the Black #2. Still going strong in Year 2.... no plans to change. Great putter.

Really nice set up. Are the MP58s significantly more offset than the MP32s? Just curious. They look great either way.

I wouldn't say significant at all. Definitely no offset noticeable at address relative to some GI clubs I've held.

On the course, just a few rounds under my belt, these are dead straight, though a combination of a stiffer shaft (6.5 vs 6.0 in my 32's) and the relative forgiveness in the head.

Still love my 32's, but if I've got a money game going, I feel I have a little more margin for error with the 58's. Order up those 58's and go!

why do you have 6.0 in your 15*, 5.5 in your 17* and 6.5 in your irons??? just wondering. Great, solid setup, i might add... Im think of switching from what i have to the 58's or 68's

Just swing speed increases, no other reason... bought the 585h what seems like 3 years ago, the 909h earlier this year, and of course the 58's just recently.

My driver SS has increased from about 108 to 118-120 over that time period. I never had my iron SS measured but because I was starting to balloon the ball and not get the flight I was looking for i went in and they measured the 6-iron at 98 mph. Thought the 6.5's might be a stretch, but on the course and the range I'm getting a better ball flight and less ballooning and tighter dispersion, with slight distance increases (maybe 3-5 yards).

Hit the 32's and 58's side by side today at the range.... the forgiveness difference is significant between the 2!

Is that the lightweight carry or the model above it? We got the lightweight as the team bag and i love it!

Nope, this is the Premium Stand Bag. I like the full features, number of dividers. I figure if clubs and gear weigh 20-30 lbs, what's a 1.5 lb difference in the bag itself? Pretty insignificant.

But I do still have the Ping Freestyle as a backup, which is definitely lightweight and a great bag in its own right.

IIRC lead tape from front to back on the bottom is to help get a high ball flight.

The lead tape is more to get the swingweight back up than anything else, as I cut my driver down to 44.5".

I believe, from reading on WRX and on the web, that for this amount of lead tape weight being added, it is not enough to affect ball flight. If for whatever reason it did, I wanted it neutral so I aligned the tape down the middle front to back.
