I purchased a pair of FJ Synr-g' and wore them twice so far. First time I was riding and they felt very comfortable but yesterday I walked 18 with them and towards the end I could feel the cleet near my big toe pushing up. It was very uncomfortable and made my feet sore in that area. Has any other owners had this problem? This was happening on both left and right shoes and the same area.

Just got off the phone with FJ customer service and they said to send it in and they would take a look at it. The lady whom I was talking to said it would probably take 3 weeks :beee: It will probably cost me around $15 to send it back, so I am thinking if I should send it back or just buy some insoles and throw them in there.

This might be a surprise but I've been able to take shoes back that I've bought from Golf Galaxy, albeit i wore them twice (still looks new)
But I was able to exchange on comfort factor.
Its been a while since I've bought shoes from GG, but if you did, its worth a try.

Do they have the new Champ spikes?

I put "Superfeet" insoles in all my golf shoes immediately. Makes a huge difference!

Did you ask the customer service rep if they could email you a shipment label? Save yourself the money?
