Hi all,

Monday the 14th is my 31st birthday and I'm heading out to Ballyowen and Wild Turkey for a little 36 hole present to myself. I have an 8am twosome on Wild Turkey and a 2:20pm twosome on Ballyowen. My dependable friends are not able to come with, so I was hoping a WRX'er would want to head out with me. The cost is $90 for Wild Turkey but only $30 for Ballyowen because it is a $60 twilight rate that is slashed in half with a 50% replay deal. $120 bucks for two of the top public courses in the state; not bad!

I'm heading there from Brooklyn in a Zipcar, if need be, and can pick you up (unless of course you have a car and want to drive and/or pick me up). If you need the ride, we'd split the price of the car, which would be about $45 each with tolls and everything. I was supposed to do this on Friday but it's looking like a friggin wash-out.

Let me know if you are interested. And try to let me know in the next couple days.

-Mark

Damn, if work was slow I would have join you in a heart beat. Ballyowen and Wild Turkey are only 45 minutes away from me. Great courses. Not sure if you would have like playing with me though. I see you are a 8.6, I'm a 12.2. I probably could have learned a lot from you. I hope you have fun and Happy Birthday.

haha, not much difference between us at all, trust me. i haven't updated that signature or posted any scores in a few months. i'm probably just north of 10 these days. been a frustrating summer, to say the least. good thing i dont do anything requiring official handicaps. well, if work slows down for you between now and then, let me know!
