Anyone else getting close to their first round of the year?
My first round of the year will be on sunday . Can´t wait to hit the first drive of the year. Only sad thing is that my homecourse won´t open for at least 3 weeks (still snow everywhere)

Played my first round last Saturday(15th), played like sh#@t, weather in Eastern Ontario(Canada) has been amazing lately.
Addeol where do you play that there's still snow on your home course.

Played my first round last friday to...I think everyones first round of the year sucks I know mine did....the course was all dried up but hey at least we are playing golf in April here in Alberta

Well I'm in Lower Michigan so I got to have my first round way earlier then normal this year. I'm originally from Upper Michigan and my home course up there hasn't opened yet. My brothers and the rest of my friends won't have their first round for another week. By the time I go back home from college in two weeks the course will be open so I should have an advantage on the rest of the guys I play with. Loving this Lower MI weather difference!!!!

Gotta love Alabama weather! Played day after Christmas and on New Years.

Unfortunately, hard to play (and especially walk as I like) when it is 105 degrees in July and August.

You guys need to move down south. Good Lord! We never have to put up the clubs. I can't imagine having to take a hiatus like that b/c of the winter. My house would be destroyed. I'd be chipping and putting and swing clubs inside the house(which I do anyway).
