$15 a grip?  Really?  Maybe if it would make me an automatic single digit, but I can swap 3-4 crosslines for that.

I guess I need to get out more.

Are you sure he has DG in his irons, in his wedges in particular? On those two bunker shots it looked like the shaft band was red so they looked like KBS to me.Posted Image

Right on.  I thought I saw R9 irons in his bag at Pebble Beach and not the ones at the top of this post. Wonder why he is not playing the TP model?

And that sure looked like a Scratch wedge that Dustin used out of the bunker on #18 at PB in the final round (the close-up was very clear and you could see the Scratch logo Olde English "S" and otrher Scratch markings quite claerly.

Ari,

I could SWEAR that Dustin Johnson was wielding a Scratch wedge with a KBS Tour Black Nickel shaft and a blue grip on it when he got up-and-down from the greenside bunker on #18 at Pebble Beach to win the AT&T.  Are you free to confirm or deny this?
Cleveland 588 60*

I know that is what the WITB says for Dustin, but I have never seen a Cleveland 588 with a clear Scratch logo on it!

From the players pics posted in the tour equipment section. DJ definitely switched to a R9 Supertri/Superdeep looking at the headcovers.

maybe it was the light but it looked like the sole of the club was darker which would mean a ST/SD and not the R9 family.  The original's was a silver color and the new is black.  again could have been the light but the bottom looked like the darker ST/SD family.

Yeah I saw the night replay and it looked dark lol. I wish taylormade would do what titleist does on their website and keep up to date on what their staff players are gaming.

You still haven't seen one! If he were playing scratch the fanboys would have a shrine set up on here to him.

Pretty sure he just uses X100's in his irons.  His wedge shafts are KBS Black Nickel which is probably what you are referring to.  He just hit two 3 irons into 6...that's insane.

I answered two posts above yours, X100 in his irons and KBS Black Nickel in the wedges.
