I can't help with your problem but you can use shoe trees to keep the shoes from creasing too much in the first place.

not a perfect answer, but I think it was Deerslayer who suggested tooth paste to clean white shoes, and boy does it work! Especially whitening toothpaste. Do not use a tooth brush though. Use a soft sponge and loads of toothpaste. Your dirty shoes will be naturally bright and smell great! It also fights bacteria/fungus!

Have you tried the Magic Eraser? It does wonders for cleaning white golf shoes. I'm guessing the dirty cracks (ha, ha) are a result of not wiping the shoes clean after use. I always wipe mine with a wet towel, then a dry towel before putting the shoe trees in and storing them in the shoe bags. I use a cleaner like the Magic Eraser when they get dirtier than normal.

Use the footjoy cleaner cream and polish. They sell it as a white shoe cleaner/polish box at Golf Galaxy for like $8. I use it after I wear them everytime. After a round, you can see the creases again but they look brand new when cleaned and polished. I only polish the toes after every round. The rest of the shoe stays pretty clean and doesn't get polished as often.

Also helps when you have a pebble-grain leather and these tend to be a more-durable leather and don't show the creases as much.
These are post-round.
