After a few days, they will have loaded you onto the system and then you call up and go through what it tells you to do. The only way to know if you're in the system is to call up and see if it recognises you. As an out of state person, I think you can only book for two days in advance, so if you want to play on say Saturday, you can only book from 7pm Thursday evening onwards. The number I assume you have if you got far enough to fax them your details, but if not you can find it through Google (I don't remember it off the top of my head and my phone is not handy right now).

Once you're booked just show up and play - you need to be there an hour before or they'll open up your tee time for others. If you want to get on the black, you just need to persevere. Keep calling until you get a time. People do cancel on Thursday and Friday so slots do open up from time to time. You need a little bit of luck and away you go.
