Hopefully I'm posting this in the correct forum. I'm wondering what the difference is between a USGA Handicap and the GHIN. I used to play a lot of golf when I was younger, I never was really good and now 15 years later I'm getting into it again. About 3 months ago I was shooting 120's... but now I'm down to mid 90's.
I just signed up for a USGA handicap so I could play in local tournaments. I used Nethandicap.com and it seems to be pretty good. But I've seen alot of you post GHIN indexes. What is the difference? Is one better than the other?
Thanks for the help
