Mine tore up rather quickly....maybe i just had a lemon......anyway...feel is subjective...but i like a glove that's thinner...the bionic felt too padded to me and it made me lose feel on the club.
once again it's all subjective but i personally won't buy another bionic glove. i'm sure others have better durability also. Mine was a dud though
I used to by only StaSof gloves, but recently tried one and think I'll be sticking to Bionic gloves from now on.
The two things that I am real impressed about is that I have less blisters with them and they are really breathable for sweaty hands. I have to take my StaSof glove off after every shot if I don't want it to get moist.
Mine tore out rather quickly as well. I returned it and they replaced it. Kudos for that. But the replacement didn't last as long as other gloves I usually use. So instead of plunking down $25 for one glove, I look for the 2 for $20 specials. I did enjoy the feel of the Bionic though.
I use Bionic gloves all the time. They are expensive but I haven't noticed that they wear out faster than any other glove I've tried. I can understand why they don't appeal to everyone though: they are pretty thick, especially the pressure pads. I tend to put a death grip on the club when my swing starts to get wonky (I know: bad, bad, bad!) so these keep any blisters at bay. Plus, and this may sound strange, but most other gloves I've tried tend to not fit my thumb and pinkie very well. They are a little too long which leads to some bagginess near the tips. Drives me absolutely insane. Bionics have always fit my entire hand perfectly.
I recently read that they've released the "Bionic Pro", a glove with the same sort of design as the original but much thinner construction for better feel. Of course, they are a whopping $40 EACH so if $25 per glove made you gag, these will pretty much choke you to death.
I used a bionic after my hand surgery 2 years ago. I had my hamate removed and so the palm was very tender. These gloves were a Godsend during that recovery period as I got back into playing. Might be a little too cushioned for everyday use though. One thing that was nice though, I was using the arthitic rated gloves that come in L&R but didn't need the right. I called Bionic & told them I only want a left & they sent me 2 lefts.
Is this thing worth 24.00?? Seems a little steep to me. Any reviews?
Thanks
Its worth every penny... specially if you have any kind of hand "issues". I am in my mid 30s but have problem with my hands. I even got the 2 glove set and wear those to go to the range so my hands are less beat up. Even sometimes to play for full shots wear the 2 gloves and then take the right off for approach, chip and pitch...
Plus they last much longer, my original one has seen at least 8 rounds + practice and even though it looks dirty it has no holes or cuts.
The original bionic is only legal for folks with arthritis. The new bionic pro glove is thinner, has a bit less padding, is USGA approved, and costs more. I don't think it's worth it as my $12 mizuno gloves tend to last a long time.
I still have my Bionic glove from April last year, still in great shape. I play 18 twice a week and hitting the range around three, great glove. I'm going to have to try the new pro model next.
I had the same experience with the Bionic glove, wore out rather quickly. I have the Cutter Golf glove and it is holding up quit well. I'd buy another Cutter before Bionic.

It is a very comfortable glove, but certainly bulky. My experience has been that it is longer lasting as compared with regular gloves, although not by as much as they (Bionic glove) would have you believe. It certainly can withstand machine washing.
I was given a Bionic Glove Pro but have still to use it, so I still don't have an opinion there. The only way you can tell if something works for you is trying it, if you don't mind shelling out the $24.00 it costs. You can buy many good gloves for under $15.00 and in my experience the Bionic glove does not outlast the useful life of two regular gloves.
Still, it is a very good product.
Just my $0.02.

The United States Golf Association has informed Hillerich & Bradsby Co., that it will permit wear of the Bionic® Golf Glove in USGA sanctioned events for players with arthritis of the hands. The USGA has placed the Bionic Golf Glove on a List of Equipment Permitted Conditionally for Medical Reasons.
