Granted his driving accuracy wasn't the best, but his SFTP 2.0 still up there. 3rd in the field for the week. @ 313.9 yds , oldie but goodie.

What's in his bag now?
I noticed he switched to callaway irons recently, seems house of forged sent some shafts to the taylormade booth this week.

Anybody know what putter JD is using this week (at the Sony Open)? His site says he's playing a Nike Method, but this putter is black. I don't know. It looks like an anser style head.

Definitely not a Method. I just saw him and it looks like an Odyssey, but I'm not 100%. It's a solid black blade putter with a white insert that takes up nearly the entire face.

Maybe this is the big signing of an ex-major champion previously with TM that Callaway has been hiding?

He said it was an old Cameron Napa that Scotty made for him years ago.

Pics were posted in the GWRX WITB galleries from a few tournaments ago, and (I'm fairly certain) JD is gaming an "ordinary" Cameron 2009 California Napa with the black oxide finish removed and a SuperStroke grip.
