if you cant keep the food down then your screwed....either way i will be missing plenty of thsoe3-5 foot putts! playing hiungover stinks

He told me once that he tended to play pretty well when hung over.. He was less likely to swing over-aggressively and his swing was overall simpler..
I guess you can play well though when your daily practice consists of 300-350 bunker shots, and an equal number of drivers and iron practice lol..

When I'm hungover bad and need to golf - I know it's a tired cure - but a little booze helps. I'm not a huge bloody/ceasar fan....but they work.
Bud makes that Chillata(?) now with the clam already mixed in there for you. Convenient ways to grab some carbs, liquid and a little liquid courage all at once.
Also - take note of what you actually can keep down on those bottle-flu mornings. For me it's jerky. Don't know why....
Whatever it is though - eat it and eat as much as you can. Anything bread-like is good. Greasy stuff helps to. If you can handle a full breakfast hungover there's lots of options. Biscuits and gravy with sausage and/or bacon - and bloody to drink loaded with celery, pickle, olives - you'll be ready to roll!
On a side note....try and get into the habit of chugging water before going to bed after boozing it up. The difference it makes in the morning is significant (for me anyway).

But if you are hungover when heading to the first tee, I'll have to agree with an earlier poster: drink a little more. Oh, and carry plenty of breath mints.

Watermelon Hangover Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of frozen strawberries (unsweetened, cut into smaller pieces)
2-3 cups of fresh watermelon depending on taste (seeded, diced)
1/3 cup of raspberry sorbet (optional)
1 teaspoons of fresh lime juice (add more if needed)
Add ice cubes if needed
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth, serves about 2 people

Goto Target/Walmart and get the generic Pedialyte. It is in the baby section. Should cost you 3 bucks or so. Drink half of it before bed and half in the morning. I go with the orange or purple and find they taste decent. Pop two Advil at night and morning also.
It works much better than Gatorade since Gatorade has alot of sugar. Pedialyte is all electrolytes and stuff to rehydrate the body.
