I saw a golfer at the practice round of the masters wearing an awesome ralph lauren zip up jacket that hand the logo of the man & horse (about 4 to 5" in height) on one side of the jacket. I have looked everywhere online to find this but have not had any luck. Any ideas?

Check out ebay and search for Big Pony. I think this might be the Polo Ralph Lauren "Big Pony Collection" that you're referring to. Very nice quality offerings that can be had for some decent prices online.
