How do you think the pairing will effect them? I think it could hamper them both.

I don't think they are going to be talking about after-the-round dinner plans or anything.

Nothing phases Tiger. He only wants to win. He could care less who he's paired with.

I would never say Tiger is done. Long shot to win? yes. Done? No

My only hope is that one of these two goes out, shoots 62 to come from behind and win so we can stop hearing about Miller's 63.

Phil could care less about Stevie. Phil is the second greatest golfer of the last 20 years and Stevie does a job a monkey could do. Carrying Tigers bag has to be the easiest gig on the planet. Tiger needs no advice, is always collected and putts/reads putts better than anyone ever has. Stevie is a walking golf cart!

Is there some proof that Phil is in fact scared of Stevie or is this just some more horseshit? Just wondering.

Unfortunately the TV coverage will probably follow this group more than lead groups even though both Phil and Tiger's chances of winning are slim.
Both are 7 strokes off the lead with 9 players ahead of them.

If it affects them, then great. I hope they blow up. They should be focused on Kenny, Angel and Chad. I'm tired of the networks showing every one of their good or bad shots. There's better golf to be seen.

On the other hand, if they break out in a fist fight, that would be super awesome!!!

JA5ON, I gotta get you with this, because it wouldn't be fair to TMack.

If Phil "could care less," it implies that there is some level of caring about Stevie. So, how much does Phil care about that "walking golf cart?"

Who cares? Both well out of the tournament. Maybe they will keep some of the morons away from the groups that matter.

How can anybody say that those that are -4 and up are still out of the tournament? I don't care who you are these guys are playing a course that is up for grabs and those at the top could either choke from the pressure or keep on chugging ahead. Those that are -7 down have nothing to loose so they are going to be playing a little more loose/aggressive, and those are the ones I want to watch! 99% off the guys that have a lead or at least a share are trying to grind out a couple of birdies and then play defense...........I think that this will be a great final round and the green jacket could land on just about anybody.

Like this:

They -4, seven shots and nine players behind, and out of the tournament.

Anyway, haven't you heard the news - Tiger doesn't win from behind on the last day.

A) Who said I was pulling for Tiger? I would like to see AK pull off another record setting day and know that he is certainly capable
B) Didn't Tiger just beat Sean O'Hair when he was down 5 strokes in the final round at Bay Hill?
C) There are several players that are not in the final paring that could easily win this tournament
.....enough said, carry on.

I can guarantee you that neither Tiger nor Phil thinks he is "out of the tournament." Mentally, that's the way they have to approach it. I'm looking forward to an exciting Sunday at the Masters! Let's see whose nerves, among the leaders, holds up on the back 9.

Indeed, who did say that? - not me.

Tiger doesn't win majors from behind on the last day.

And won't win this one.

I honestly feel something special. Tiger's never come from behind in a major. It would make a great story.

It's highly unlikely that all 9 guys ahead of Tiger/Phil will choke. It isn't impossible...just improbable.

Too many good golfers ahead of him. If it was one guy alone at the top with a big lead then I would give him a hackers chance. No way in hell everyone is choking.

Winning or not doesn't matter, this is bragging rights between two of the best, nike vs callaway, #1 vs #2, Tiger vs Phil

Gotta love it and surely you all know Nike Golf and Tiger Woods prevails.

Did someone say impossible? Phil is lighting it up. I would love to see Kenny win, but would also like to see #2 take the W and dethrone and replace #1 with himself. How cool would that be?

How do you think the pairing will effect them? I think it could hamper them both.

They are both done but now Phil has no shot. Stevie scares the s=== out of him.

I would never say Tiger is done. Long shot to win? yes. Done? No

My only hope is that one of these two goes out, shoots 62 to come from behind and win so we can stop hearing about Miller's 63.

I honestly feel something special. Tiger's never come from behind in a major. It would make a great story.

Too many good golfers ahead of him. If it was one guy alone at the top with a big lead then I would give him a hackers chance. No way in hell everyone is choking.

I thought the same thing this morning. Turns out, 63 by either Tiger or Phil would have had them back in the jacket. Amazing.
