There are so many to play at a reasonable price!
The Hamilton County Park District has 7 courses...
The best four being...
- The Vineyard
- Sharon Woods
- Miami Whitewater
- The Mill Course
Then there are...
- Little Miami 9 hole par 3 course & 9 hole regulation course / practice facility.
- Meadow Links & Golf Academy / Practice Facility / 9 hole executive course.
- Shawnee Lookout / 18 hole regulation.
If you like to practice, go to Meadow Links!
You can purchase at "Play the Loop" card for $99.00, which gets you one round at each facility!

Beckett Ridge in West Chester is a semi-private that has allowed public green fees the past two years. Great twilight and afternoon rates, but it plays slow, especially on the weekends.
The best deal I found were on the courses owned by the Shaker Group (Shaker Run, Crooked Tree, Walden Ponds). They have an e-mail program that sends out some pretty sweet deals one to two times per week.
Pleasent Hills is a well maintained low-brow course in Monroe / Liberty Twp that is one of my favorites. Easy to walk, and suprisingly tricky.
The Nicklaus course at Kings Island is an good course, used to hold a senior tour event. It can be expensive, but is an excellent test of skill from the tips.
I would avoid the following due to poor service and / or marginal layouts - Green Crest, Vista Verde, Western Row (now closed), Kingswood, Avon-Fields, Reeves, Dunham and California. -

Meadow Links is by far the best practice facility in the area. Top notch!

Cincinnati has a lot of decently priced golf, but there are really not any AWESOME public courses....
I have played EVERY SINGLE course here (with the exception of KWCC and WHCC)....

Western Hills CC? I used to caddy there and would play free on Mondays.
