We have all traded in perfectly good comfortable/friendly clubs for the next best thing.. only to wish we hadn't. Like the time i traded in my Bobby jones Ti 10.5 S for the new Workshop driver 10.5 DVS S, (thank god it was still in the used bin when i returned that turd!)
What was your biggest trade in regret? Did you ever replace it or are you still looking to re-kindle the magic with an old flame that was?
This may turn into a sad topic as many are touchy about loosing a trusted partner on the links.. but i would ask you all to be honest...hhahaaa (no ex-wife stories, golf only)

Newer isn't always Better. (how green is your grass?)

Thats just the thing. Why are we always looking for newer being better, ive found some great results going back in time for used bin treasures, like my 983k, or my 510tp. Neither of these did i pay more than 75 bucks for. So much better (on course) than the stuff i pay top dollar to return the next week.
TOP REGRET... was trading in my R580 3 wood. That was the easiest, most reliable fairway club i have ever had, and she is gone. I look all the time and can't find another one in even OK shape... still makes me sad and that was like 2 years ago.
