Not to me. It plays the same distance. I can hit knockdowns, or not, etc.

The only difference at all that I notice, (other than bounce), is the CG12 has more spin from the rough.

I have the Cleveland 588 RTG DSG 56* and 60* and I love them. Great looking clubs that give immediate feedback on mis-hits. These have definitely made me a better striker around the greens, and can be bought at very cheap prices.

Instead of starting a new thread, I'll post here.

I'm also an owner of a Cleveland 60*/3* 588 DSG RTG wedge.

Now it states 3* of bounce on all spec sheets of this club that ive been able to find but in comparison to my Tom Watson sand wedge 56*/12* the bounce on the cleveland looks more than 3*....or am I looking at it wrong?

http://www.golfclubs...php?wedge_id=21

Here is a pic for comparison. Any comments?

I've read a bit about bounce and know that it's the angle between the sole and the ground so i understand that much... http://www.golfbidde...yers-guide.html

LHS Cleveland 60* lob wedge    RHS Tom Watson 56* wedge

I enjoy using both wedges but just would like to understand bounce more if anyone understands it well :)
