Just thought I'd start a thread for discussion on the Match Play...matches, results, scoring, etc.
Here's your WARNING -- **SPOILER** -- etc.

Okay, first post...
Looks like "Old Man Par" may have a chance in some of these matches.
At first glance over scorecards, AK is 4 up while at even par...Camilo is 3 up at two under...not a lot of birdies so far.
Is this course that much tougher than the one they used to play the Match Play on???

I agree...it doesn't televise til 2pm though, so I'm keeping up live til then
To contrast what I was saying above, Kim won 7&5 at 2 under, Kenny Perry is AS through 10 while sitting at 3 under!!! Crazy game this match play can be--definitely my co-favorite non major of the year (along with the TPC).

The course is playing to 7800 yards.....while not extremely challenging it is extremely long even by tour standards. Actually, I believe it's the longest course they'll play this year.

This sucks being at work. I wonder if Boo rode the bull off the first tee? He is playing an Englishman after all. I'm thinking Justin Rose doesn't realize he has wedges in his bag because he can't see them.

he's probably wondering if he has arms too!
I'm pulling for Boo big time in this match, is he still 3up?

I wish Tiger would show a little more emotion.
He kinda has that weak, pissy face when he's hit his iron shots... but then he sticks it to 6 feet.

What do you honestly think Jones is thinking right now? Probably something like "F#$% me."
