Is there any place online or is there any ways of getting discounted tee times for Pebble beach and Spy Glass? Any help would be great.

There is a way to get a discount at Spyglass, albeit not that much. Here is the link from Pebble's website.

For Pebble and Spyglass 99% on the no for that one.
You can buy an associate ncga membership if you currently carry a handicap through your local golf association and get a good discount at Poppy Hills. Doesnt have the Ocean but a very good course. Spyglass is still my favorite out there though.
Also not sure on the budget but they do have some stay and play packages that may be worth looking into. Should be able to find them on the website posted earlier.
