According to the Tiger and Rory shirts thread, apparently the guys pick out their own clothes but get help from Nike. Not sure on the details I guess, but it sounded like they have majority input on what they wear.

And also doubt he would ditch the Fujikura Rombax P95 in his fairway woods for a "Mitsubishi Rayon Prototype 90X", with the way he hits his fairway woods.
