Go to USGA GHIN website ...
Look up GHIN .
You can use GHIN number or full name provided you know the state ..

What are you trying to find? type the person's name & state in and you should be able to find that person if they post a USGA hcp.

Not all states use GHIN, go to the specific state's golf association.
