Title says it all. It was a pretty cheap deal and I was just added to a group of 16 guys who do this every year. Anyone play or have any reviews of the three courses listed above?

Thought I would chime in with some limited info for you.
While I have played Black Bear and the MBN both were a couple years ago. We played Black Bear 2 years ago and the condition was very good for the price. Can't remember any great holes but at the time our group rated it good value for the reasonable cost. We played in summer so I am not sure what the condition of the course is in the winter months.
MBN course are all solid courses and have been in good condition when I played them. I think I last played at MBN 3 years ago and they were in great shape. I actually thought Kings North was slightly overrated and the South and West course were equally as good. Very good condition, service by the staff was always good and they had a nice clubhouse and proshop. You should not be disappointed.
I have never played the Traditions courses.
Sorry I couldn't be more specific but it has been several years and have played many courses since them (plus old age I guess
). enjoy the trip as I really have only had 1 even slightly bad course experience in the 10 years we have been going down there to play.
