Hey Guys,

I was just thinking about this a bit ago. If you could pick 4 pro tour players to put in a scramble format who would you pick? Who would be unbeatable and why would you pick them? Also, keep in mind the chemistry factor.

Here's my team:

TIGER WOODS, Can hit any shot and phenomenal putter
SERGIO GARCIA, second best ball striker out there behind Tiger
ANTHONY KIM, Solid off the tee and brings great charisma to the team
FRED COUPLES, Can hit it a mile still and solid wedge player with lots of experience

Can anybody pick a better team then that and match the chemistry?

Good Luck everybody

this should be fun...

Tiger= obviously...
Bubba= Puts them in a different world off the tee, good friends with Tiger
A. Kim= Probably the best overall player who has no history with Tiger, wouldn't hurt chemistry at all
Harrington= You have an important 10 footer, and Woods and Harrington are both on your team. What do you think the odds are one of them makes it?

Tiger- becuase he is tiger

J.B Holmes: for the distance of course

Boo weekley: everybody can get along with boo, very solid ball striker too.

Anthony Kim: with him and tiger no putt should be missed.

Tiger would be nice to have but I think I could make a good team without him.

Someone who hits it decently long and straight
Kenny Perry

Good Iron Player
Sergio

Good Wedge Player
Phil

Good Putter
Faxon or Tiger here (you would get good reads since he is probably the best with speed)

The 1st 3 can still move it out there, maybe not as long as Tiger, but still hit it a good ways and they are all good at more than the one area they would be used.

Good question, man.

I think I'd go with Tiger, AK, Sergio, and Jamie Sadlowski (sp?).

For crying out loud Jamie hit a 432 yard drive at the Remax. I don't care if he can't hit an iron shot to save his life (I honestly don't know if he can or can't), but that would be fun to watch!

JB Holmes
Vijay Singh
Padraig Harrington
Tiger Woods

No need for a straight hitter.

Might opt for the wildcard, Zach Johnson as a wedge/putting specialist.

Woods. Garcia. Kim. Chopra.

I think Kim is long enough with the level of their iron play.

And with those guys, i think one of them is guaranteed to make a putt on every green, esp. if someone like chopra gives them the read.

Tiger
Badds(putting and wedges)
Boo(iron play)
Faxon(putting)

Scrambles come down to putting and putting 3 of the best in one group would be real low.

Bubba - Freakishly long and has all the shots
Furyk - Commads the respect of all 3 and his guttiness puts this team over the top
