I "believe" it is similar to the yellow,black and white one from last year. I saw one listed on 'bay and saw some differences, still basically yellow with Rossa on the top.

is there a "TP" headcover that looks more like a scotty cameron headcover??

Yes, it is the white TP cover that comes on the Tour Kia Ma putters and on the retail Rossa TP Kia Ma line. There are good pictures on the thread for the Chidren's Miracle tournament.
