Hello,

Just wondering whats the most pars you guys have had in a row?

Mine was 14, teeing up on the 18th I took a 4 iron to play safe and get 15, however, I shanked it and lost the ball.  Managed a 5 (birdied my second ball - the irony!)

I've parred all 18 a couple of times.

Had two straight rounds with nothing but pars; very frustrating!
I try to count bogey free rounds now; much more satisfying.

It was a very hot, very frustratingly slow medal. I went G.I.R - 2 putt, G.I.R - 2 putt for 13 holes, as we got in to our fifth hour on the fourteenth I found myself getting irritated. Game collapsed, I came in with a 78, missed the cut for the club championship by 1 shot.

Had a beef with slow play ever since.

Have parred all 18 holes few times including one just a month or two ago. Boring and frustrating golf that none of my birdies putts was dropping in.

Normally I don't make many birdies or bogeys but lot of pars in my rounds.

Parred all 18 once. Was crazy round, so many missed birdie chances and so many crazy up and downs. Think it was just meant to be.

9 in a row the first time I broke 80, shot 79 3 weeks ago (not bad for a 21hcp)

Unfortunately only 6 in a row.  Parred #9, then 5 straight to start the back, then double, double, birdie, bogey to end up with my first ever sub 40 nine (39 on a par 35).

I've 'done a Faldo' a few times - including at least one (that I can remember) round with 18 GIRs and 36 putts..

Went for a Russian Roulette icon as there isn't one showing a Ping being wrapped round a tree.

Know the feeling... By the turn you already know what's going to happen the back 9. Feel like walking in and saving the hassle.

Parred 34 holes consecutively in a college tournament... Can anyone beat that?  I've got a feeling it was probably the most boring golf of all time to watch considering i missed one green in that stretch.. Just a bunch of missed putts.. NO fun at all..

Dunno.  But I did have twelve 4's in a row at a college tournament nonetheless.  

I kind of like to do things efficiently and quickly, so when I read the scores off I told the scoreboard writer "okay, write down a 4 on the first twelve holes" and of course the scoreboard writer insisted that I read off the scores in threes.  Moron.

That's odd.  I was helping my sister with scoring for the Wolf Pack Classic yesterday and only the coaches were turning in scorecards.  And I'd read them off in 3s to her, she'd put them in the computer and then the scorecards would go to someone else, who would read scores off to the writer.  

Not saying anything about you, just a general comment.  Straight from the player to the scoreboard writer is a lot different than how its done 'round here.

I made par on each of the first 7 holes about a month ago but then doubled the next 2 for a 40 on the front . That's the most pars in a row for me.

I just had 8 in a row that were par or better on the back 9 of my first round under 80(76). I then had a long birdie putt on 18 that I 3 putted to end the round with a bogey. Only 3 putt of the day.

edit. I just reread the OP original post and it said consecutive pars. so I guess mine dont count.

The first 5 holes in my home course regularly, then the 6th is S.I.1 and any-time i'm level par coming into it, I always bogey it.  If i'm 5 over coming into it, i'll par it

I think my most is 3 or 4 in a row. I usually play pretty well on 8-11 (or 12, sometimes) on my usual course.

17 and then missed a six footer on the last hole to shoot one over.

It was scrambly as heck though. Up and downs, long lags, clutch putts etc.

Not pretty overall, but the number was really good for me.

I've also done the devil's deed too. 6 birds, 6 bogeys and 6 pars.

Me too....lol....I was two under through 7 and doubled the last two holes for a 37 par 35.
