So........

I got back from Iraq monday to find out that my parents lost half their house in Galveston and it was the half that had all the golf clubs I had ordered. I didn't know if anyone else had experienced this or not. Thank God my Bettinardi was sent to my house in CO. So the MP 32's in my sig are not mine anymore. Neither is the Idea Pro or the CG 11s. Anyway, enough of that. I went to Golfsmith today and bought two Pro Gold hybrids and a like new set of CG1s with Black Golds. Here's to rebuilding the bag right? Let the hoing begin!!!!

Will your parents be getting an insurance check? Maybe you can get some of that for what you lost? Then again, it may be more important to let them have all the money.

Yeah I am sure they will get a check but they need it MUCH more than I do. Both of them are self-employed, so their office is destroyed. I am just thankful they are okay. I was in Kuwait awaiting my flight when Ike hit and there was no news coverage there so you can imagine I was freaking out a little. Anyway hopefully soon they can get up to CO to see their granddaughter because I thought they never would again.

Hopefully you can replace everything. I'd help you out, but everything I have is old. I always trade in when I get new stuff.

It's all good. Luckily there are so many really cool and generous people on this message board. Makes me feel like I wasn't in Iraq the last 9 months for nothing. Ari from Scratch has offered wedges already so that was awesome. Thanks to everybody here for everything.

Wow, well at least they're okay and you are as well. Thank you for your service and good luck with everything.
