I'm surprised by Jimenez's play. I thought for sure he'd net himself 3 points during this Ryder Cup.

wow, I think the Euro members on here have very short memories..I suppose it is a good thing in golf but not when it comes to the Ryder Cup. This is really no different from the antics of several European players over the years..and the euro crowd cheering bad shots by the US team..Jeez, I thought there was a fiesta on the 17th in 1997 when Tiger putted the ball in the water...there cheers and clapping...lots of it from the home crowd.
Not to mention the Seve days...holy holy holy..talk about bias..now, all we see is this holier than thou attitude..ridiculous..man up..just a little taste of the same medicine..Kiawah war on the shores..now that's over the top..1999 on that one hole..ridiculous by the US..but everything else this week..par for the course..I suppose if the Euro's end up winning, the bitching will get worse..seriously..as a Londoner living here, I really don't see anything wrong with what I have seen. Any complaints by the Euro players is because they were losing early..rabbit ears..and they are cheering because it means their man is certain to go one hole or one more hole up on the visitor..that's the RC

Special rules to speed up play. Too bad Oliver Wilson is so slow anyway.

On the last whole AK probably should have condeded a Sergio putt from about 2-3 ft to halve the hole. He did not, and Sergio went on to miss the putt! Oh, and AK has been throwing darts and sinking putts from the first hole on!

that was not a putt anyone should concede. downhill left to right..please..
I can't believe how far AK drove the ball past Sergio on the previous par 5..he was a good 40 yards ahead of Sergio...unreal. It's good to see a younger gun take it to Sergio..

this whole week has been jaw dropping. The level of play, the ridiculous putting, and so on..these guys are f****** good...both sides..unbelievable golf..great to see. :clapping:

Yeah, it could have gone either way. I only mentioned he probably should have conceded it cuz' the commentators were wondering why he didn't and also it was reported Sergio was looking AK's way as though he was expecting it... Nonetheless, you can't miss that short a putt!

Kim and Weekley are playing out of their minds.

I remember when I first saw Weekley back in '01 when he qualified for the tour. The stories about him were amazing. After he lost his card in '02 during his first campaign, I didn't think we'd ever hear from him again. How what a pleasure it is to be so wrong. He's truly a great story of a guy who came up the hard way. Poulter is as well. Hats off to both of them.

The play by AK today is incredible. Perhaps one of the greatest ryder cup exhibitions ever.

I knew Poulter was known as a good putter, but until this week I didn't realize how good he really is...

Perhaps AK's NIKE gear are taking their revenge for Faldo's early season rip on NIKE equipment. ;)

Clearly Kim shouldn't have given Garcia the putt. Because he didn't make it. AK owes him nothing. And given how shaky his putter can be (and how temperamental Sergio can get), I wouldn't give him anything that wasn't a tap-in.

I do too. If Mahan loses or halves it's match then the Euro's will win. The 9-7 score means nothing right now.

Yeah this is definitely coming down to the wire. I'm loving the fact that it's so tight, at least we have a damn chance for once. :)

I still don't like how the American's are sitting.

Even with Kim's win, if he gets it, he has been known to blowing big leads (yesterday) they still need wins from Mahan and others. Mickelson pulling his usual "Eh who cares I'm rich, if I lose its ok" routine today is BS, and can't say I didn't expect it.

As I say this, Perry hits a ball out of bounds.

I don't think the Americans win this.

Well played

The Mahan match is critical to say the least.

That hole didn't set up for Perry. He's missed like that before. He was trying to cut it and it never cut.
