After spending $44 on a ballmarker, a little spare change to fill that coin purse is about all I'd have left!

Or do they include the coin purse so you can hold a sane man's ballmark (i.e., a quarter)?

The headcover's sweet, BTW.

Before today the only was to get one was on ebay. That is why the price is so high. Now the price will drop to about $100 per ball marker.

Your right I wouldnt spend 300 for the marker on ebay. But now its just like anything he has come out with thats limited. If you not a club member, if you want one, you have to pay.

Are they limited? If not, then Titleist account holders will be able to purchase them for a fraction of the retail price. For example, for headcovers that retail at $72 through the Studio Store, Titleist account holders buy them at $43. I think they are limited to 12 covers once the 48-hour window for Club Cameron members expires. I've purchased covers in the past for $65 shipped from Titleist account holders. I imagine the ball markers will sell the same way if they are produced and sold in a large quantity.

The Cameron market isn't the only one subject to this pricing phenomenon. The first of anything in a limited number sells for a premium. If someone must be the first to own that product, then he/she pays a premium.

Your right, thats if they are not sold out in 48 hours. If i had to guess I would say they will sell out, but I could be wrong.

Thats what I dont get about the whole Cameron thing. I know he makes some awesome putters, but $72 for a headcover and $44 for a ball marker? SHEESH!!! Then again, I guess they are probably considered more like collectibles huh? Or am i wrong about that?

They probably figure that since you guys will be keeping the cup for another 2 years that is the trade-off.

Great. Now that the Cameron ball mark is out, we can all get ready to stand around while our playing partners spend nine minutes lining up each putt.

It was available to the public...

I got the headcover (a few) but didn't pull the trigger fast enough on the Ball Tool. Too bad, I wanted the Ball Tool more than the cover but we'll see I guess...
