I just got this bag 2 weeks ago, brand new - I've walked 2 rounds with it, about a dozen times at the range -

The shoulder straps are the worst in the world. Most of the cushioning ends up falling on the tip of your shoulders and back behind you, so you end up getting no padding on the front half of your shoulders where you mostly end up carrying the weight.

The Zipper to my ball carrier area (below the magnet ball pocket) broke already - and I only opened it twice! The zipper came off sideways off the teeth and now cannot be put back because the end has the stopper on it.

The putter pit's thread has already started to come undone and unthreaded, so the padding is starting to get lifted up every time I pull my putter out and gets stuck as it unfolds around my putter grip. And the putter pit's not very big, so with these new putters that have large padded headcovers (such as their own Odyssey Black Series ones) - the putter head doesn't sit in there properly! How silly is that?

Grrrrrrrrrr............. what a total waste of time and money.
I really was hoping that this was going to be a nice bag, but I ordered through mail from TGW and got a small discount, so I figured I'll try it -
the only good thing is that it has a good padded area where my back touches. Compared to the OGIO I had for 4 years, that pad is great, but the OGIO has great shoulder straps - really great.
This Callaway one has shoulder straps made by Izzo, but I have to say, it's totally worthless.

So so disappointed in this bag, since Callaway is always talking about quality and whatnot.

I looked at the Warbird hot when I purchased a bag a couple weeks ago. I really liked the top design with the putter well. It came down to the Warbird or the Callaway XTT Xtra Lite. The construction of the Xtra Lite seemed to be much better than the Warbird. The Xtra lite also has the best strap system that I have used. I am very pleased and the Xtra Lite was only about $15 more. Return the Warbird and pick up an Xtra Lite.

I have been using my XTT all summer with no problems. I did do some adjusment on the strap to make sure it fit my body since then no problems. I have walked about 15 rounds with it and ridden problably another 20 so it has gotten it's use. Callaway has excellent customer service, I would call them and explain the problem I am sure they will correct it for you.

I too have been using this bag all year - EVERY DAY. I haven't had any issues with it and would recommend it to anyone. I typically walk 9 holes, and I throw it on a cart Saturday and Sunday.

My only complaint is the straps get easily tangled and the padding isn't the best in the world.

I too have been using one for the past year and have had ZERO complaints. Next to the Ogio's, this is one of the better stand bags I've seen in quite some time.

Call Callaway.

If you're disappointed in your bag, call them and I'll guarantee you you'll stop being disappointed. They have the best Cust. Service hands down. Call them, tell them what you told us, then come back on here and tell everyone here how they made you smile. They will make it right.

I have no compliants of my Warbird Hot stand bag.

The padding stays in place.

The insulated water bottle pocket keeps my water cool.

The legs don't droop.

The magnetic pocket stays shut.

I like the design of the ball pocket too.

Also, these can be had fairly cheap right now since they are last years model.

No compliants here.

I bought one back in september. The straps are okay, what did it for me was the padding where the putter goes started to come off and the part where the legs attatch to the bag at the top came off. I just took it back to the pga store and got a refund. Still searching for a stand bag I can carry and put on a cart.
