Been using Dynalite gold R300 shafts with my mizuno sures.  Always hit a high ball and use a 7 iron (sures have strong lofts PW=45*) for a 150 yd shot.  I went to TT shaft fit and shaft recommended is the Gold Lite S300.  I also checked Maltby playabilty for shafts and recommendation is the TT Lite XL S300.  

Anyone play the above shafts?  Which would you go with?

I played the DG S300 Lite for about 3 months. Its a terrible shaft. No feel, too much spin. I went back to a DGS300 soft stepped.

I went back to Truetemper shaft fit and entered Low ball flight instead of high.  For 7 iron carry I entered 145 and results are DGR300.  
I then entered carry for 147 and get DGS300.

I'm guess I'm right on the borderline from Reg going to Stiff.
Should I go with Rflex in the DG's?

You seem right on the edge. If your current set is a regular and you are not having any issues of hooks or pushes, stay with a regular. If you want a little more control soft step a stiff. I hit a 7 iron  155-160 and use a S300 soft stepped, but I have a quick tempo swing.

I used to play the S300's in everything, but bought some Mizuno MP 32's with SL s300. I love them!! I gained about 5-10yds in my 3-7 irons and love the control. Its definately easier to work the ball and they have great feel and response. Might want to look at them.
