Well it's time for this little canadian boy to head south, I wanna know some suggestions for places to play down in T.B, looking for something mid to low price range (less than 100), let me know some of the those sleeper's you are holding out on.

Thanks,
Wolf

We went to Tampa last year and loved it. The course to play on the cheap is the University of South Florida golf couse, If memory serves me correctly it's called the Claw. Have a great time!!

There's a good amount of TB/Sarasota area guys on here, so you'll get some good opinions. Maybe try posting in the playing partner's area too.

Personnaly, I like Apollo Beach golf club. Boring clubhouse, lacks the amentities (GPS on carts, fancy hole overviews etc) but a great golf course. Only Reese Jones Sr. on the West coast of Fl, and it's been sold to a housing developement for possibly more houses...

Also, might be out of your price range in prime season, but World Woods in Brooksville is always worth the trip.

lake jovita (north and south), bardmoor, heritage isles, plantation palms, westchase, lexington oaks, hernando oaks, tpc of tampa, fox hollow, world woods (pine barrens and rolling oaks), you can't go wrong with any of these. don't go play the claw right now, its in pathetic shape.
