Drew is playing there.
Jeff is playing Cypresswood.
I haven't decided if I'm going to bother. Probably not.

Great minds think alike...... I logged on here with the sole purpose to say the exact same thing - only I'm two days behind because I've been without phone or internet service for the last 4 days (I can't describe how much I hate moving). No stomach bug going around your house this year, right? See you Wednesday.

EDIT - did you see the weather forecast? Good news: high of only 82. Bad news: 40% chance of rain, which means 100% because its the first time I'll be on a golf course in over a month.

Drew - weren't you sick a couple of years back because your kids had a stomach bug and passed it on to you? My son has been sick for the last few days..... I'm only awake right now because of an "emergency clean up." :bad: Good thing was that it appeared to be a contained blast, however Pooh Bear and Nemo may have to be put down, as they suffered direct hits.

Two years ago at Meadowbrook I was sick (13th tee fertilizer) but still got through to the big dance. Last year was the Wildcat wash-out. Good thing they didn't DQ me for the 6 beers during the rain delay.

Shot 77 and missed by a shot. 3 doubles kind of hurt.

I think that may have played a part in my playing the last 12 holes 11 over :drinks: . Turned in 41 (felt like 51) then it got REAL bad. Hit the worst 3 wood I've hit in years on 10 tee - I literally popped it up about 150 yards into the trees and after all was said and done, made a 7 without a penalty shot and hitting twice from the hazard. Only to follow that with another 7 on #11. Again, no penalty strokes. Hit it in the back left bunker. Bunker shot off a downslope, from wet sand, downwind, downhill, toward the water. You guessed it, 3 fat ones in a row and a 2 putt 7. My day was done. :russian_roulette:
