It's a still frame and you can certainly be a terrible golfer and hit that position, but it's a not a bad place to be at p5. A good percentage of tour players are steeper than that. A lot of it depends on the shaft angle and length of backswing at the top.
Edit: I missed “forearm” in the title. Most are talking bisecting the trail humerus at p5, not the forearm

not for me. I like the shaft and head coming in from just behind the trailing elbow.
