My current gamer is a Ping Sigma Tyne H and I love it.  After a crazy amount of switching and experimenting I've settled on that and want to commit to it for awhile.  It really helps me on the short putts which has always been the downfall of my game.  My only issue is through all my experimenting I've found the perfect head weight to be around 350 gr for me in terms of a balance between solid short putting and still having decent feel for lagging.  The 370 gr head of the Sigma Tyne is ideal for those short ones but I just can't lag with it to save my life.  I have an idea to ask my step-dad to CNC off part of the wings on back of the putter to remove some weight to get this closer to that magic weight range for me.  My only concerns are removing close to the exact same amount of weight off each wing, and possibly removing too much weight.  I'm also not sure where to begin in terms of how much of the wings to remove to achieve a 20gr lighter head.  Any other concerns I should be worried about?  Thanks
