Looking for recommendations for a nice winter golf pullover under $75. Does anyone have suggestions? Most of the ones I find are lightweight.

Base layer or next layer?

I played today wearing this https://www.target.c...cB&gclsrc=aw.ds

and this

https://www.tgw.com/...cB&gclsrc=aw.ds

It was about 45°F with 15mph winds.  I was very comfortable.

The Norman is nice but I paid a lot less for it at a flea market.

Find one of the Mizuno (windlite, warma lite, hyate, etc) on eBay, not sure if they are available anywhere else anymore.

The Mizuno are great too. I bought my windlite off Ebay.

I always get too hot when I wear my windlite.

Under Armour also makes a nice winter golf pull over.

Windlite is the bomb, has to be under 45 or 50 degrees or you'll melt, down to freezing is fine while walking.

I'd imagine if you had a look at any of the Nike/UA/Adidas factory outlets you could find one there for reasonable price.

For Fall golf up here in Canada, I've worn a Nike Therma 1/4 Zip  for the past 5 or 6 years when it's 50 or below and have been fine (unless it's super windy or it rains) With the proper base-layer, you won't get too warm or cold (especially if you walk vs. ride).
Cobra King F6+ (black - set @ 9.5*) -- w/ stock Black Tie stiff
Cobra King LTD 4-5W (set @ 17.5*) -- w/ stock Aldila Rogue stiff
TaylorMade M1 Rescue - 21* -- w/ stock Fuji Pro 80h stiff
Adams Golf - Super DHY Proto - 24* -- w/ Proforce V2 stiff
Mizuno MP-64 (5-PW) -- TT DG S300
Cleveland RTX-3 - 52*mg/56*fg/60*mg
PING Zing 2 - 36.5" w/ standard Ping wrap
PING Anser 2  35" MnBr w/ SupeStroke Pistol GTR 1.0 **backup**
Lamkin Crossline Cord grips (standard)

another versatile option is a midweight merino wool longsleeve. crew or polo collar and close fitting.
can use with t-shirt, compression garment, moc neck.
top that with a windproof or jacket and you have the best of everything.

a good one will last a long time and you can wear it for more than golf.
bonus - no logo.

currently playing:
Steelhead III - D
Warbirds, 3+, 4
Hogan BH-5, 3-PW
Wilson DynaPowered SW
Ping Anser
it works

when I need a change, there are 12 bags full to choose from .

I ordered a heavy wool jumper from the UK a couple years ago.  It's really warm but I didn't mention it because it wasn't easy to source.  I don't find the typical Merino wool to be all that warm.
