I'm going on a trip in a couple weeks with my grandfather to Myrtle Beach we are staying two nights and wanting to play two rounds we have it narrowed down to....

TPC Myrtle Beach
Heritage Club
Wild Wing Avocet
Thistle
Prestwick
Barefoot Dye
Barefoot Fazio
Glendornoch
Legends Heathland
Rivers Edge
Oyster Bay

Of those what would be our best bet for conditions and overall experience for this time of year?

You should like all of the courses in your list.

Best odds of better conditions are these, in no particular order:
TPC Myrtle Beach
Wild Wing Avocet
Thistle
Prestwick
Barefoot Dye
Barefoot Fazio

Grande Dunes is an equally good option.

It has been rainy on the east coast this winter.  Grande Dunes is a course that sits high, so it should drain better.
