I did through thrift stores often looking for clubs and shafts. Is there a manual out on vintage clubs that dates and gives info?

That Gilchrist Guide has an additional later edition with even more prices, etc. Either way, those guides are pretty good!

Ralph Maltby put out a book sometime in 1974 that was a guide to working on and building clubs from that era.  Had specs for clubs from all the OEM's.  I still have mine, but it is not relevant for today's clubs.
