Thought I read where the balls used on Tour had arrows.

It might just be someone’s custom order, I just watched a Sheils video review and his custom tp5x was his name and arrows on either end aside from the standard logo. I’m by no means an expert just a thought

The new version is expected to have arrows but drew has a solid theory because you could custom order the TP5s with arrows as alignment aids.

True, but the tour issue ones have different looking arrows.

This is the 2019 TP5 side stamp.  Grey filled arrow with black outline just like the 2019 Pro V1 balls have.  My guess is the ball posted above is either a ball done for a Tour player or a custom side stamp.  Maybe check the USGA list to see if the markings match up.

I believe it is the proto new ball
The letters are smaller and are the same width as the widest part of the arrow...as in the above final version of the ball.

I have played it, found it to feel very hard.  I prefer the Titleist ProX1
