OK, everyone, here are a few sneak peek photos of a of two new Prototype Hand Made Green Tools we've been working on.  

These are pretty wild, but I think you might recognize some of the design features?  

Obviously these two below are the single prong variety (which we have been getting more and more requests for), but I also plan on making some with two tines.  

And they come with a couple of surprises - one outside and another on the inside:







A little more work to go to taper the spike on the ball marker, and refine the brush (used to remove debris from your VMG and TMG grooves)....  But they are getting pretty close, so I thought I would show them off at this point.   These can be anodized, engraved and hand stamped, etc. for further customization.  

Finally, I am making some hand made leather and some Kydex sheaths for these that clip to your belt, pants or pocket, etc.  I'll show those when they are complete.

I wanted to share some pics of a Custom MACHINE Putters that was just completed for a customer.

This MACHINE Features a 303 Stainless M2A Converter Head with a 303 Stainless Tongue Back Flange, a 303 Stainless Plumber Neck and an Arch Balanced Heel Closer Weight.

The Medallion on this MACHINE is a Black Anodized Alloy Medallion.

Hey Guys,

I hope everyone is having a great week so far!

I wanted to share some pics with you of a Custom MACHINE that was recently completed for a customer.

This MACHINE features a Custom Left Handed M10 Mini Head,  This head was milled from 1018 Carbon and then finished in a Morning Dew Satin Nickel Plate Finish.

The hosel on this MACHINE Mini is a Custom Modular Center Shaft Hosel.

This MACHINE also features our Thread Milled Groove Face Milling.

Thanks for your post.  As Chris mentioned, we are overhauling our DLR website to be all new for 2013, and have a lot of catching up to do.  

In the mean time, I'm not sure if you've seen our subforum here on the Putter page (at the top), but it's a good resource for members here and for us to add more models and specific information to.  For instance, we do have a thread specific to the new green tools which you can find here:

We'll continue to update these threads, add new ones, and also keep updating this main picture thread and my Davey's Locker thread and blog post as we go forward and grow with WRX and the members here.   Hopefully it will be fun and informative, and have some pretty pictures too.

Thanks very much for the kind comments.  I'll let other owners respond on the feedback, but generally our stainless feels softer than many others due to the face mill options (and you can choose depending on how soft you want it), our Aluminum Bronze is softer still, (then carbon steel) and then billet copper being the softest of all.

Great interview.  Having met with Dave several times during my putter creation I can attest that he certainly loves his work.  Too funny about starting to design fishing lures.  Since I'm very familiar with his home course it's no surprise though.  Those ponds have some really nice big mouths in them.  He's opening up a whole new can of worms with that one!
