Thinking about making a switch from CB57 to either 919 tours, MP18 or 900 tours, thought?
I’ve played Miura for last 10 to 12 years or so baby blades to mc 102 to now cb57 still seems I just can’t get over ther yardage difference. Now granted I haven’t played a lot in the past 8 years with raising 2 boys but now we’re all able to get out play much more. I built the cb57 this summer and love the feel “BUT” the distance.
I did take the MC 102 and made my 11 year boy a set and shafted them with KBS 580s, very sweet!

I just did the opposite. I've been playing Mizunos for probably 10 years and just got a used set of CB57s. Man, great solid feel, but I already feel like I'm missing that soft feel that my MP-64s gave. I had some idea that the CB57 would have magical powers. They're still fresh in the bag and growing on me, but I'm not immediately changed. Just personal preference, but I don't think you'll be unhappy with the change to Mizuno. They are just amazing. Wish I could comment of the newer models of Mizuno, but I've been with the older model MPs for a while. I'm sure the JPX or MP18 are even better.

Played 2 rounds with cb501, immediately sold it off again
Miura is soo pretty to hold and you can really appreciated the lines and shape

Currently playing jpx900 tour now, but would not hessitate to switch back to vr pro blade

For some reason im not very impressed with the miura feel, something simillar to miura would be a bridgestone at much cheaper price i guess

I just made the switch to the JPX 900 tours; incredibly soft irons. I did notice I ended up losing a few yards though, not sure what exactly the cause was or if I’m the only one that experienced that but these will definitely not be leaving the bag anytime soon. The feel is just too good.
