Purchased an APC putter on August 28th 2018 for $819 (including shipping and tax). Never used the putter on the course and was only rolled on my indoor putting green. Being that they are a new company with some pretty solid designs it made sense to buy to try. Fast forward 7 weeks and to my surprise the stainless steel has began to tarnish significantly. This is the first stainless putter Iíve ever had do this. I get that sometimes things happen but what really has disappointed me was the lack of customer service out of a new putter company. 60 days and the putter is falling apart. I figured I would share this to help spare anyone else the trouble. Below you will find the putter order, pictures and APC lack of customer service to address the issue. Donít make the same mistake I made. Iím curious to get others feelings on this matter too. Do you think my request of asking them to refinish the putter too much? Also sorry for poor grammar I have fat thumbs lol.
