Domes, what health insurance do you have?  If you're still buying Lululemon, I need to switch to your healthcare provider.

Beer bits:

- I tried the new Guinness Blonde, from their new Baltimore brewing plant.  It was decent.  Totally unlike their namesake, which is good and bad imho.

- The Goose Island Summer Hours Lager Iím sippin in right now is delicious.  Highly recommend.  Summer ainít over yet, Bís.
I also had a Guinness Blonde tonight went back to get another and the bartender asks if I want a regular Guinness for free, why yes I do.

I'm a big believer in vests. I think for really really cold days where you get a couple layers with sleeves I'm going to cut the sleeves off a compression shirt. Gotta have the arms swing freely.

If the Golf Channel was worth two $hits, and wanted to find some interesting original programming, here's an idea.

https://nolayingup.c...-maize-runners/

I think the concept is pretty great.  Send some dudes out to discover golf courses on a budget.  The lead-in bit was dumb, but the content was entertaining at times for sure.  Big Randy and Neil actually turned out to be a pretty good duo.

Problem is GC already does a bunch of segments like this with Matt Adams or Ginella. Every week they do something about cheap places to play in the areas around where there is a tour event.

Full shows on stuff like that is going to get a pretty small target audience considering they are already competing against the various podcasts, vlogs and homemade shows at it is. Personally I'd like to see the Big Break come back but the production costs were so big, its just never going to happen.

Honestly I've skipped NLU the last few weeks, I haven't missed it so far. Still loving the work DJP does on the Golfers Journal pod though.

Matt Ginella is a giant tool.  Matt Adams isn't any better.

Big Break.  More like Big Barf.

Driver vs. Driver.  Blech.

Whatever that dumb show they tried of people playing top golf was called.  Shart.

The best thing the golf channel could do is to just play actual golf all the time.  When there's no live golf, replay old golf rounds.  Since they're not going to do that, they could at least inject something fresh into their original programming.  Right now the stuff they've got is hot garbage.

Sull/FAbb,

You, too, may have everything if you drive a Nissan Sentra that doesn't have cruise control.

Or maybe it's the cost of providing care, shelter, and sustenance for children.

... nah, it's definitely the Sentra.  Good call.  I'm gonna hit carmax on the way home fo sho.

Literally for "original programming" you want them to hire the pod-bros to re-do an idea...that they already have on every week.

TGC is in a no win situation. Their original programming isnt that great but they clearly arent going to pay the high production costs for shows like Big Break or other on location type of shows.

Best vest outfit - a hoodie with a vest over it.  Super warm and with the hood out over the vest collar, you have a built in headrest.

City, can you ask Mrs City what the durability might be like on a headcover made of cork leather? Honestly had never really heard of such a thing. But my minimal knowledge of cork doesnt seem to me that it would lend itself to something thats going to be kicked around out in the elements.

A woman in my office finally got off the waitlist for the on-post daycare and she said she was saving 4-figures a month by using them vs the Petite Academy thats in our neighborhood. If thats what she's *saving*....I dont want to know.

I've recently crossed the line where I'm too old to enlist, otherwise I'd be visiting my local recruiter asking about the on-post daycare waitlist.

that's not her area of expertise. got a question about metals. . .she's your gal. Nerf used to work with some leather.

She's in Philly selling jewelry all weekend, so i'm golfing today, tomorrow, Sunday.

Still looking for 1 at Woodlands tomorrow at 8:53 AM. I don't think I've played it in a couple years. Hoop and Domes are coming up from DC. I've always liked Woodlands. . .I'm interested in what I think about it being a better golfer than I was 2 years ago and having played "my" tricked out, narrow course a lot.

I used to think there were some pretty narrow alleys at Woodlands. I'm not so sure I'll think that anymore. It's a funny mix of very short par 4's and long par 4's.

Speaking of Mrs. CityGame's metalwork.  My clubs made it back, so I was unpacking stuff last night.  My Mrs. CityGame ball marker got some nice patina on it from the Pacific ocean air.  It's definitely got a bit of a yellowy hue to it now.  It just keeps getting better with age.  I'm gonna be one unhappy camper if when I finally end up losing that thing.

I'd like to apply for #TeamVest.  Best piece of golf attire, assuming it's a relatively form fitting vest.  Don't like having that poof from excess material when setting up/swinging.
