Changing to midsize grips and pairing my G400 LST with the Handcrafted Even Flow black shaft.

Best practice change was spending less time hitting range balls and more time improving my putting.

difficult to answer because my bag is completely new (only 3W stayed)

But the two biggest things for me were the switch from AP2 to Rogue Pro ... i love these so much!

and finding a driver that absolutely kills it. XR16 Pro with a handcrafted EvenFlow Black.

my newest addition (few days ago) is a Xforged UT 18* with a evenflow black 85 in it, it seems to be a absolute game changer, but that is a bit too early to confirm!

Got fitted for True Temper X7's in my Srixon 745s.
Move from 2017 M2 driver to G400 Max. Hands down the most drastic and positive change i have seen in my golf game in a long time!!

Vokey SM7 58-12 D Grind wedge. This is the perfect grind for me; easy out of greenside rough, tight lies on the fringe, and pure magic out of the bunkers.

Definitely switching from my Ping 4 Crossover driving iron to my Ping G 4 hybrid. Don't know why I switched in the first place, must've been something good, but that club has been giving me problems lately. I strike that hybrid so well, so I had to put it back in. Second, switching from midsize grips on all my clubs, back to standard size. It just feels more natural and I truly can see my ball flight straighten out.

Changing my two Ping Glide 2.0 wedges for a Callaway MD4 and a Cleveland CBX. My short game has improved immeasurably since then, just so much more consistent. I can’t remember the last time I hit an awful shot with either, whereas my Glide 56 ES was magnificent out of bunkers but hopeless at everything else.

I've only made 1 real change this year, so I'm going to go with that one - upgraded my Nike OG Blades to a 2nd hand set of VR Pros. They're a truly fantastic set - everything that was good about my OG's, but an extra club longer and much lower trajectory. I suspect I've dropped onto a set from The Over, given the Satin finish and previously Tour Only grips (they are the Tour Velvet Align models but no align branding). However whoever made them, they perform brilliantly.

Scores haven't plummeted as I still have a few driving demons to exorcise, but after 4 years of never winning any money for a "2" in competitons, I've had one in every medal I've played with the VR Pros (5 now). At £7 per 2, I should have made my money back in around 28 medals, so in 2021 :)
The Blue Thunder: Nike Vapor Fly - 9.5 degree - Speeder Evolution 757X
The Stenson: Nike Vapor Fly 3W - Diamana Blueboard 70S+

The Blades: Nike VR Pro 4i - PW - DG S400 TI Shaft
The Rusties: Nike Engage 50, 54 Square Sole, 58 Toe Sweep
The Putter: Scotty Cameron California Del Mar - 34"
Balls: Nike RZN Tour Black/Platinum, Bridgestone Tour B XS, Titleist AVX

Ping G25 Irons. So forgiving and straight it's ridiculous. The ho in me tried to move on from them because of their 'shovel-like' nature, but some of you talked some sense into me and they're back in the bag, and I'm hopin to move all the extras and stick with what works. Nothin but point and shoot, which means more greens in reg, par 3 scoring coming down, and reliable irons off the tee on tighter par 4s.

Made two great changes for me.

1.) I got some JPX 900 Hot Metals.  Total game changer for me.

2.) Benched my Odyssey White Hot RX #1 and put my Studio Select Newport 2 back in the bag.  I couldn't feel anything for distance control after a year with the Odyssey.  I never should have taken the Scotty out of the bag.

A few big improvements for me:

1. Going from MP 25's with Project X LZ 5.5 (wrong shaft for me) to MP 18 SC with C Taper 130 x
2. Going from a 2017 Taylormade M2 to a Ping G400 LST with a Kuro Kage Silver TiNi 60 X

Driver spin is down, and iron shots are getting much more consistent, shot an 80 for the first time a couple weeks ago

WITB:

Driver - PING G400 LST 8.5, Fujikura Speeder Evolution II 661 S
3 Wood - PING G400 14.5, Ping Tour 75 S
Hybrid - Ping G400 19 degree, Alta CB 70 S or Taylormade P790 UDI, HZRDUS Black 6.0
4-PW - Mizuno Mp 18 MMC 4 iron, Mizuno MP 18 SC 5-PW, KBS C Taper 130 x
Wedges - Titleist Vokey SM7 (52 F, 56 F, 60 D, bent to 51, 55, 59)
Putter - Taylormade Spider Tour Black

Two:

1.) Moving to the Cobra F8 in a Tour Length setup in the Even Flow Blue X-Stiff.

2.) Dumping my SM6's for MD4 black wedges (52, 56 in the S grind) and a 60* PM grind, which is the best club currently in the bag.

Changed out my 8 year old Tour Edge CB4 for a Callaway Rogue 3 wood w a HXRDUS shaft. Better shaft and  less whippy at the bottom of my swing and way more consistent, actually gained some distance due to the consistency. Also changed out my Odyssey White hot XG 2-ball F7 for a Taylormade Black Tour Spider(DJ).Had lost confidence in the F7 which had been a great putter for me but after 7 years it just didn't work anymore. This putter is insanely balanced and easy to get the ball rolling online.

Added a g400 stretch 3 wood 13 degree set at 12.Really love my g25 3 wood but needed a 3 wood for more distance off the t.Really struggling with my driver theses days with consistency.
Keeping the ball in ball in play with little distance loss has help my game.

What is your next club down after the stretch 3 wood?
A  Ping g 19 degree hybrid.
