We're cord cutters, and run pretty much everything through Apple TV, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We don't have the Golf Channel, and the PGA Tour Live Apple TV app requires a subscription.

Are there any good apps to stream live or watch replays of golf? Been resorting to Youtubing full broadcasts of past rounds, mostly majors, but its not the same. Would love to watch some more current stuff.

Anything?

I’m guessing you don’t want to spend the money for a live tv streaming service? If you don’t mind, check out PlayStation Vue, you don’t have to have a PlayStation to run it.

You can watch live coverage on PGA Tour live at PGATour.com for free; sometimes just the first 2 days
and sometimes the whole tournament. Coverage is different as they use their own team. Good for those
who don't like all the normal broadcast chatter.

They normally have 2 featured groups and coverage of a particular hole(s). I like it myself. I think you
can also subscribe and get additional coverage if you want to pay. I haven't so far.

For majors you can usually go to the website for some live coverage. I watched some of the US Open
at USOpen.com  for free. Might be able to do that for the British and the PGA Championship.

A few drawbacks. One is that you normally won't get coverage of the final groups on Sunday and the
featured holes exclude hole 18 normally.

Overall, it's not bad if you just want to watch some golf.

So if I were willing to pay a subscription fee to watch golf, what would be the best option?

I'd like to watch an entire tournament, particulary my favorite golfers entire rounds. Does such a thing exist?

Not that I know of; as in following one player who is not in the day's featured groups on line. They're just
not gonna have that many cameras out there. It would take way too many to cover everyone. Maybe you
can pony up the money for them to follow your favorite players around. :D
