Problem with Rock Bottom Golf shipping an item?

I ordered a golf shaft on May 13th with a sleeve of golf balls to get my discount. On May 16th I received 2 different boxes...each with a sleeve of golf balls ( remember I didnt order 2).

I emailed them as you cant get anyone on the phone there on the 17th. The rep I emailed with went back and forth and finally said that they ordered the shaft from the manufacturer and the shaft was getting drop shipped to me.

They finally provided a UPS tracking number....but the shaft went to them instead.

I had to email again to find out what happen to the shaft, I was told it was getting shipped to me. But no tracking number can ever be produced.


Now on 7/3 I am still getting a huge run around and I am on my 3rd agent via email saying it was delivered to me on the 13th of May. Even after I have sent them previous email chains showing up in my account, they argue with me about it.

I cannot get them to call me, no one answers the phone and I still dont have my golf shaft.



I have purchased fro RBG for years, and now I feel that I got Shafted (couldnt resist) this time. Its time to call the credit card and not order from RBG any longer.

i bought a swing caddie last year, was suppose to be new in box and it was VERY used. i emailed and told them the issue and they replaced it promptly. only issue I've ever had with them. hope it gets resolved for you

Thats what they might be doing instead of finding where my stuff is at.

Had no issue with this vendor in the past, they had always been good and quick to make up for their mistakes ( only once in the last 10 year or so ).
I'm guessing the mistake might be made with new members on the team ( a lot of temp help in the Summer season as all other types of business ).  I'm also guessing they'll let you keep the extra golf balls.

Even the best in the business will have these type of mishap, whether you chose to do business with them in the future is totally up to you.  Just remember even your smart device will have down time, so be a little patient when human factors are involved.

Did you buy with PayPal or credit card? Can you file claim stating you never received product or got the wrong product (2 sleeves of balls)?

So just an update, RBG went silent on me and I opened up a dispute with my CC company. I'm kot worried, I have all documentation, but they are on the DO NOT BUY FROM list now!

RBG is by FAR the WORST golf company I have ever dealt with!!

Not once have I had a bad deal or any issue with RBG.  Ive bought a number of times from them and each time was problem free and perfect.

After two borderline fraudulent pricing emails from them, I have been forced to put them on my ignore list as well.

OP if its been 6 weeks, the CC company should have your back no problem, I wouldn't worry about it in this case.

The bad thing is they are like 15 mins away from me and all of the issues I had and others had, I would be hard pressed to pee on their building to put a fire out
