Does anyone use a Piretti Potenza 2? More specifically with the black onyx finish? I had a Cottonwood 2 black onyx and I really liked the look of it and the feel was good but I could not get used to the "ping" noise it made when putting so I sold it. I am curious to know if the Potenza makes a similar noise? I love the look of these putters and would like to add one to my collection but not if they make the same sound.

I have an 801 in GSS and also in carbon and neither of them have a ping sound on impact.

I have a newer Cottonwood II and it does not make that ping noise.  I understand that earlier models did.

I have a Piretti Potenza II in the black onyx finish. No “Ping” sound when putting. Feels awesome and soft.

I have a Piretti Potenza Elite and it doesn't make the sound.   My carbon CW2 does though.

I have the original carbon Potenza with the flowneck. It's the quietest sounding putter I've ever hit that didn't have an insert.
