I'm interested in trying them out after bring an Oakley guy for a while.
Is there a frame/ lens combo that's ideal for golf and similar to  XLJ/prizm combo?

Very similar and I guess the bronze lens is the golf lense?

I have a pair with ChromaPop and I really enjoy golfing in these. I've had Oakley, UA, Nike, Arnette etc. IMO this has the best picture.

The Ignitor lens looks like it's for low light, but I could be wrong. I have three pair with ChromaPop and think they are great. One green/gray, one blue mirror and one green mirror. I have no preference wearing them, but think the balance between cutting glare and looking bright is perfect.

This is what I wear when I play and I really dig the bronze. Pretty dark so I don’t have to squint at all. Polarized also.

Great - is that the Wayward model?
I'm learning a bit about chromapop, polarchromic etc. Lot of options and tech to wean you away from Oakley. Also better styled frames to wear off the course.
Anyway ordered the Dover model to try out  - $49 on eBay and hope its not fake!
I learnt the hard way  about cornea damage from sun exposure playing tennis and good sunglasses are a must.

I have a pair of Smith chromapop guide glasses that are some of the best I have ever used for fly fishing(I do love them), but honestly use my Oakley Prism for golf.  Both are really top notch and just up to personal preference.

.

This is just false. Not one optical professional would agree with you. Oakley might be 4-5th on the scale of premium optics.

Chromapop rocks on the course.
Great polarization, clarity and color.
Now tempted to try the ignitor lense

Iím a rep in the industry. Itís kind of like arguing over conditions between Augusta national and oakmont. But here it goes..

1. Maui HT/Brilliant - the clear overall leader
2. Costa 580p/g - smith chromopop - kaenon
3. Oakley/Ray-Ban GLASS/ spy

They all offer very good optics, just depends on preference. Most Optometrists will say Maui first, followed by whomever else.

Bang for buck is Revo and Zeal. Maui makes Zeal. Half the price.
