I just took the bottom adapter screw out my (new to me) Rogue SZ driver. I wasnít thinking too much about the plastic/rubber washer that kept the screw in the head because I didnít realize the hole in the top where the adapter goes into just opened up into the head.  By the time I thought about it, Iím not sure if the dumb thing went into the head or fell through the gaps in my deck to no mans land. First question: I found a cut away of a Rogue driver and canít imagine that it would get caught on anything in there, right? Secondly: anyone have any clue how to get another one? I assume I could go to Ace hardware and guess on the thickness. Does anyone know whether that washer actually makes contact with the adapter when it all gets tightened down.

The outside diameter of that washer  is pretty small. It appears to tuck up into the little flare at the bottom of the adapter.

Take the screw and the shaft with you and find one that looks like it could compress up into that flare under pressure.
